Terms of sale and licence

Who we are
LUNA is sold by LUNA AI Automation LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you buy or use LUNA. By buying LUNA, you agree to them.
What you buy
A licence to use LUNA, software that runs on your own computer, and access to the LUNA Discord community. You do not buy the software itself: we keep all rights to it.
Your licence
Your licence is personal, for one computer, for your own use and your own business. You may not resell, share or sublicense it, install LUNA for someone else, or copy, change or take apart LUNA or its licence check. You can move your licence to a new computer once a month. LUNA checks your licence online once a day.
Price and updates
You pay once; there is no subscription. Founding members (the first 50 buyers at the founding price) get free updates for the life of LUNA. Other buyers get every new version released in the 12 months after they buy. The price for new buyers may change; the price you paid never goes up.
Delivery
Your serial key is emailed to the address you paid with, usually within a minute. LUNA is downloaded from the LUNA Discord.
All sales are final
Because LUNA is delivered as a download and a serial key the moment you pay, all sales are final and there are no refunds. If LUNA will not run on your computer, open a ticket and we will work with you until it does. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
Refunds, disputes and keys
If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, its serial key is switched off and the member roles in the Discord end.
Your AI accounts
LUNA works with services you open in your own name, such as Groq, fal.ai, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Zernio and Apify. They are not included in the price of LUNA, they bill you directly, and their own terms apply. We do not control their prices, availability or results. The prices LUNA shows are estimates from their list prices.
What you make and post
You are responsible for the videos, captions and posts you make with LUNA, and for following the law and each platform’s rules, including labeling AI-generated content and disclosing paid or affiliate posts. LUNA’s characters are AI: do not present them as real people or their words as real customer reviews. Do not use LUNA to make content that is illegal or deceptive, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that shows a real person without their permission. Products and brands in your videos may be protected by trademarks or copyright: get any permission you need.
No promise of results
We do not promise views, followers, sales or income. AI can make mistakes, so review every video before you post it.
The Discord community
The community rules apply. We may remove anyone who breaks them. Removal ends access to the community, not your licence.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, LUNA is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or suspended accounts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for LUNA.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. A change never takes away a founding member’s free updates.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Arkansas govern these terms.
